Service terms

Terms that separate a preview from a project commitment.

These headings describe the terms a production service should publish and align with the signed agreement. A final legal review is required before relying on this page as a contract in any jurisdiction.

Preview and AI assistance

Concepts, screen previews, estimates, and automated advisor responses are planning aids. They are not a promise that software is production-ready, legally compliant, secure for a specific use, or suitable for a particular outcome.

Customer responsibilities

Customers provide lawful instructions, accurate content, access needed for approved work, timely decisions, and rights to the materials they submit. Customers remain responsible for legal review of their use case and notices to their own users.

Project agreement

A build begins only after the parties agree on scope, delivery assumptions, responsibilities, price, payment, acceptance, intellectual property, support, hosting, and change management.

Third-party services

Domains, hosting, AI providers, payment processors, email, maps, app stores, analytics, licenses, and other external services may have separate fees and terms.

Suspension and termination

Access may be limited for security, abuse, non-payment, legal requirements, or service protection. The final agreement should define notice, data export, deletion, and survival of obligations.
