Delivery and operations

A delivery path that continues after the preview.

The preview is a planning artifact. A project team reviews the approved brief, confirms scope and eligibility, and then defines the actual build, launch, support, and maintenance terms.

Planning window

Qualified briefs can receive an initial planning response within 24–48 hours. This is a planning target, not a guarantee of completed software delivery.

First delivery target

For qualifying starts, a first delivery target may be discussed after scope review and confirmed payment. The target depends on access, approvals, integrations, content, testing, and team availability.

Launch services

The approved scope may include deployment, domain and SSL guidance, release checks, analytics planning, responsive QA, documentation, and an operational handoff.

After launch

Support, maintenance, monitoring, backups, incident response, improvements, and hosting are separate commercial decisions unless explicitly included in the written scope.

Human review

Automated product assistance is disclosed as automated. A human project team reviews the brief and commercial terms before any build commitment or payment link.
