The order is instant. The seat is provisioned by hand, because each product needs real setup — a warmed domain, a tested SMTP pool, loaded credits, a workspace. You watch the status change on your own order page instead of waiting for an email you cannot verify.

Questions about the deals

How does a lifetime deal work here?

You pay once. The licence does not renew. Where a product costs us money every time it acts — sends, finds, credits, AI tokens — the tier states a monthly fair-use allowance, and you can top up that month without changing tier. There is no hidden renewal and no auto-charge.

What happens after I check out?

Checkout is instant: you get an account on this site and a live order page straight away. Your seat then goes to a hand-provisioning queue — a person opens the product, creates the account and configures your tier. The username, password and activation link appear on your order page and are emailed. Most seats are done within a few hours and the promise is one business day.

Why does somebody create the account by hand?

Because the products are separate systems with their own setups. Hand provisioning means the sending domain, the SMTP pool, the credits or the workspace is actually configured when you sign in — not a blank shell with instructions.

Do I need to bring my own AI key?

On products with a BYOK tier, no key is needed for the standard tier — the AI allowance is included. The BYOK tier exists for people who already pay a model provider and would rather use their own key with no cap and no markup.

Can I buy more than one deal?

Yes, in one cart and one payment. Each order line is provisioned separately and each keeps its own order page.

What about refunds?

Ask within 14 days of activation and, if the account was not used beyond signing in, we refund it. Credits, sends and AI actions already spent are not refundable, because they were bought from providers on your behalf. The order page has the request path.
