Username, password and the activation link appear on your order page and are emailed. Typical delivery is a few hours; the promise is within one business day.
Every send and every find costs us money at the SMTP and verification providers. A lifetime price has to carry that cost forever, so the cap is set at a level the one-off price can fund. You can top up any month, and the BYOK tier removes the send cap entirely.
Sending pauses until the month resets and your finds keep working. You can buy a top-up pack from inside the workspace without changing tier.
No. The Starter and Growth tiers send from our verified sender and deliver replies to the address you choose. Only the BYOK tier needs a mailbox you control.
