Acceptable-use and anti-abuse policy

Prohibited activity

You may not use our software or infrastructure for:

• Unsolicited bulk email, purchased or harvested recipient lists, or messages sent without a lawful basis.
• Phishing, impersonation, fraud, malware, credential theft, or deceptive sender identity.
• Spam, list bombing, address enumeration, evasion of provider limits, or suppression-list bypass.
• Content or activity that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, exploitative, or infringes intellectual-property rights.
• Unauthorized access, security scanning, denial of service, resource abuse, or interference with another system.
• Resale or delegation of access to an undisclosed party without written approval.

Email requirements

Email senders must use accurate From information, identify the sender, honor opt-outs promptly, keep evidence of consent where required, and maintain clean recipient data. Hard-bounced, complaining, and unsubscribed recipients must remain suppressed unless a documented correction justifies release.

Sending may be limited, suspended, or terminated when bounce rates, complaint rates, content, acquisition practices, or provider feedback indicate elevated abuse. We may require identity, domain-control, consent, or campaign evidence before activation or reactivation.

Enforcement

We may investigate credible reports, preserve relevant operational evidence, restrict credentials, stop delivery, or cooperate with infrastructure providers and lawful authorities. Severe or repeated violations may result in immediate termination. These controls protect recipients, network reputation, and legitimate customers.

Report abuse

Send reports to waconzy@live.com. Include the sending address or hostname, date and time, complete message headers where applicable, and a concise description. Do not send account passwords or private keys.
